CEO & CCO
Dr. Justin Zalewsky is a board-certified periodontist and the founder of Precision Periodontics, which operates locations across the DC metro area including Alexandria, Washington DC, and Reston. With over fourteen years of clinical and business leadership, Dr. Zalewsky understands firsthand the challenges that dental professionals face when balancing exceptional patient care with the demands of running a practice.
As CEO of MAZ Management, he provides clinical oversight and strategic direction across all partner practices. His approach centers on preserving clinical autonomy while building the operational infrastructure that allows dentists to focus entirely on their patients. Dr. Zalewsky earned his dental degree and periodontal specialty training from leading institutions, and he remains actively engaged in patient care at Precision Periodontics.
Chief Financial Officer
Melanie Zalewsky serves as Chief Financial Officer of MAZ Management, overseeing financial strategy, compliance, and operational performance across all partner practices. Her responsibilities span budgeting, revenue cycle management, vendor negotiations, and the financial infrastructure that supports multi-location growth. Melanie brings a methodical, data-driven approach that has been instrumental in scaling MAZ from a single practice to a multi-brand, multi-location organization.
Under her leadership, MAZ has developed centralized systems for billing, financial reporting, procurement, and cost controls that reduce overhead and improve consistency across every location. Melanie works directly with practice managers to ensure that financial targets are met and that every dollar invested in patient care delivers measurable returns.

MAZ Management was built on a simple observation: the most talented dental professionals often spend as much time managing their business as they do treating patients. Our philosophy is that dentists deserve a partner who handles the business side with the same level of expertise and precision that they bring to their clinical work. We do not believe in the corporate dental model where clinical decisions are driven by financial targets. Instead, we build infrastructure that supports clinical excellence while delivering the financial performance that sustains and grows a practice.
Every system we implement, every hire we make, and every vendor relationship we negotiate is measured against a single standard: does this help our dentists deliver better care? If the answer is yes, we invest in it. If the answer is no, we find a better approach. This discipline has allowed us to grow steadily over fourteen years while maintaining the clinical quality and patient experience that our practices are known for.
